Italian coaching legend Arrigo Sacchi says Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola are shooting football forward in precisely the way he did.
Sacchi acquired a series of decorations in his career – including a pair of allies with AC Milan in 1990 and 1989.
He told the Daily Mail which Liverpool director Klopp and Manchester City boss Guardiola would be definitely the pioneering coaches in today’s game.
Sacchi stated:”Their soccer is comparable to mine and I truly love their worth, culture and mentality.
“My Milan team , the teams of Guardiola and Klopp are still innovate.
“They believe like me.
“We have the responsibility to make the public enjoy football, to be excited by it. Making football is more challenging than talking about it.
“I like the desire they have to dominate. Football has to be domination and beauty, music and culture.
“England has a loony, colorful tournament. It’s experiencing a golden era.”
Sacchi also had praise for a former Premier League legend, including:”Let me say a word about (former Arsenal boss) Arsene Wenger – that revolutionised English soccer, he is really wonderful.”
