The New York Yankees ran each night. The Athletics showcased yet why they not be taken lightly. They are definitely a better team than they receive credit for, although it happens frequently with the Athletics. That doesn’t equate into a long postseason run or even getting into the postseason for that issue. Oakland are helping out themselves thanks to some recent success, though.

The Yankees got some assistance in Houston last night from the Detroit Tigers. The Tigers gained to maintain the Astros from their guide in the American League. Despite fighting in Oakland the past two days, the Yankees would be going to the postseason as the No. 1 seed in the AL.. The Dodgers won last night to notch their 84th triumph. That places them a win ahead of the Yanks for the best seed in Major League Baseball.
They are not going anywhere near home after this show in Oakland. They remain about that weekend, using a three-game show in Seattle and then a three-game series against the Dodgers. The Yankees won’t return home before August 30th, where they’ll be welcoming the Athletics for a rematch collection.

Tanner Roark will make his fourth start for a member of the Athletics tonight. He is currently pitching beyond expectations thus far with the A’s. Just like they found a diamond the A’s traded for Roark at the deadline. And a commerce for Roark will transfer the meter.
