Najila Trindade along with her partner should be charged against Paris Saint-Germain ahead Neymar over her rape allegation, authorities state.
A Brazilian model, trindade, faces costs of procedural fraud, slanderous denunciation and extortion.
Her spouse Estivens Alves is accused of displaying sensual articles, which was subsequently published online.
It comes following Trindade moved to police in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo earlier this year alleging she was invited by Neymar in May in a Paris hotel.
Neymar explained their relations were consensual and had denied the claims.

Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had stated Trindade didn’t create any of the evidence she claimed she had, including a movie that proved she was attacked by Neymar.
Ms Paulin added:”The authorities investigator asked her to plug her telephone to a computer so that she could watch the movie, but she didn’t need to do that. She also refused to deliver her phone, and afterwards she stated it had been stolen.”
Prosecutors said the injury to Ms Trindade would be to her finger, along with reports couldn’t prove she was mistreated.
