Najila Trindade along with her spouse should be charged against Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar over her rape allegation, authorities say.
A model, trindade, faces charges of procedural fraud, slanderous extortion and denunciation.
Her former partner Estivens Alves is accused of disclosing.
It comes later Trindade moved to authorities in the city of Sao Paulo alleging she was raped by Neymar in May at a Paris hotel.
Neymar stated their connections were consensual and had denied the claims.
About Instagram at June, he posted a seven-minute movie where he said:”Anyone who knows me, knows of my behaviour, knows that I would not do something like this.”
The case from the 27-year-old was dropped in the end of July, with authorities blaming a lack of evidence against the Brazil global.
At the time Neymar said that he was relieved, including:”This scar will remind me that human beings can do great things, but also the worst”
Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had said Trindade didn’t produce any of the evidence such as a video that supposedly proved Neymar assaulted her.
Ms Paulin added:”The authorities investigator asked her to plug her phone to a pc so she could see the movie, but she did not want to do that. She also refused to hand over her phone, and later she said it was stolen.”
Prosecutors said the real injury to Ms Trindade would be for her finger, and reports couldn’t prove she was mistreated.
