“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.”
―A.A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for both the little and the big things in life. There is so much to say thank you for… so much! One of the things I think we can all do a better job of is taking a minute to reflect on what we are thankful for each day.
I am fortunate to be able to spend Thanksgiving with family each year, and we always go around the table to share what we are thankful for. I am always filled with such gratitude during those moments, especially when I listen to my young daughters share what they are thankful for and watch them soak it all in. So in the spirit of Thanksgiving, I thought I would share just a few of the things that came to my mind today as I thought about the many things I am thankful for in my life.
