Chargers vs. Titans NFL Pick – Week 7

The Los Angeles Chargers seem to place last week before quickly. They put on a screen against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football with a 24-17 loss. The score isnt indicative of how badly the match went to the Chargers. Pittsburgh were in the games first drive in control, so they coasted and stumbled on the lead. Since they put the game away in an onside kick recovery in regulation the lead was not in doubt for the Steelers.
Devil Hodges didnt have to do for the Steelers. This was the issue heading into Sunday night. It was Hodges. He was buried behind Mason Rudolph Ben Roethlisberger, also Josh Dobbs in the preseason. Roethlisberger and Rudolph both got Dobbs and injured missing the quarterback battle against Rudolph. The Chargers couldnt benefit from because their offensive line place on a uncomfortable performance against the Steelers pass rushers.
Hodges passed just 132 yards with a touchdown and interception, so that goes to show how the offense and unworthy Philip Rivers was to the Chargers. 9 times out of 10, holding a quarterback. Blaming Rivers is still the easy way out for that performance that is disastrous, but it begins and ends with all his line which was terrible from the show. The Steelers kicked off the scoring with a defensive rating because of a pass which scored and was scooped up.
Rivers just tried to eliminate the ball to his security valve and was under enormous pressure on such play. It isnt going to get for the Chargers offensive like. Say what you would like about the crime, however, the Tennessee defense will probably put plenty of strain on business and Rivers up front. Dont expect to see Marcus Mariota for the Titans as Ryan Tannehill is scheduled for the nod. After leading the Titans mariota was benched. Head below to our free Chargers vs. Titans select.

The news for the Chargers is that they may be getting handle back Russell Okung this week. Okung has been tethered to a serious health condition ever since then after managing a pulmonary embolism caused by blood clots at June. He had to sit out the first six months of the time and theres a possibility he performs on Sunday.
But his efficacy and how much rust he is likely to carry into Nashville could be a concern. Thursday declared his first full practice in nine months. Okung put into game form and will eventually shake the rust off, but in another time zone around the street could be hard.
Okung playing out of soccer shape is better than what we saw from the Chargers offensive line a week, however. They will need to take care of another great line in Week 7. The Titans are 8th in the NFL with only 321.8 yards allowed per game.
They are harmful against the pass with 217.3 points allowed per game. Tennessee also have surrendered only 15.3 points a game for 5th in the NFL, having allowed 20 points just once this season. So, how does a group with that type of production have a list of 2-4?
Well, the issues persist for the Titans over the side of the globe. Their offense are trying to light a spark at times and has been dreadful. When the Titans are shrewd, they dont make the game is won by Tannehill, though. The Chargers are completely exploitable on the floor, so Derrick Henry can be in the home in store for a huge afternoon.
The Chargers have allowed a total of 315 metres on the ground the past two weeks. Denver are a similar group to the Titans and the Broncos grinded a 20-13 win with their running backs . Joe Flacco won and still passed for 182 yards. The Titans will not need Tannehill to be a savior in this game.
The Chargers defensive line is awful without Melvin Ingram plus they will function as defensive tackle Justin Jones. Anticipate Henry are the only standout offensively in this contest. The matchup certainly favors him . Titans and the Chargers are in chairs that were similar with some play on the field. Ill give the edge requiring only a field goal to cover this spread.
