We recently announced the addition of Fielding Arnold to our team. Fielding will join the company as an account executive, heading up the corporate team building division.
Fielding brings an extensive background as a corporate leadership development consultant and has also designed programs and training for Outward Bound. She earned her MBA from Duke University, where she was elected Executive COLE Leadership Fellow and President of the Leadership Development Initiative.
Fielding will be responsible for the design and execution of our corporate team building programs. The overarching goals are to develop greater trust, create authentic communications, improve communication and resolve any underlying conflicts that may be hindering a corporate team’s ability to perform at the highest level. Each program is customized to meet the client’s specific needs.
