Najila Trindade and her partner should be billed over her rape allegation from Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar, police state.
A model, trindade, faces charges of procedural fraud, slanderous extortion and denunciation.
Her partner Estivens Alves is accused of disclosing erotic content, which was published on the web.
It comes after Trindade went to police in the city of Sao Paulo earlier this year alleging she was mistreated by Neymar in May in a Paris hotel.
Neymar had denied the claims and stated their relations were consensual.
On Instagram in June, he also posted a seven-minute video in which he said:”Anyone who knows meknows of my behavior, knows that I’d never do something like this.”
With police blaming a lack of proof against the Brazil international the case from the 27-year-old was dropped at the end of July.
At the time Neymar stated he had been relieved, including:”This scar would remind me that human beings could do good things, but also the worst.”
Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had said Trindade didn’t create any of the evidence like a movie that proved she was attacked by Neymar.
Ms Paulin included:”The police investigator asked her to plug her telephone to a pc so that she could watch the video, but she didn’t need to do this. She also refused to deliver her phone, and she stated it had been stolen.”
Prosecutors said the real injury to Ms Trindade had been to her finger, along with reports could not prove she was raped.
